We are looking for apartments and rooms for rent in Warsaw and surrounding areas. We provide owners with full support and a stable, long-term rental.
It is difficult for foreigners to find a room or apartment in Poland. The problem is that landlords considering renting premises to foreigners often feel fearful and uncertain.
We want to support people with refugee experience to find a roof over their heads, but it is also important to us that landlords feel safe and are satisfied with renting their housing to foreigners.
Apartment rentals
We are looking for apartments for rent in Warsaw (within the city’s administrative borders only) for refugee families participating in our Welcome Home program.
We provide landlords with full support and a stable and secure lease:
- The party to the lease agreement with the owner or landlord is the client residing in the apartment
- Contracts are concluded for a long term, preferably two to three years, which guarantees the owner continuity of the lease
- We provide the persons using the apartment with liability insurance
- The refugees living in the apartment are people we know well and work with on a long-term basis. We provide landlords with support in dealing with tenants.

Room rental
We are looking for rooms to rent in and around Warsaw for refugees participating in our Refugees Welcome Poland program.
The idea behind the program is simple: we connect people with refugee experience with people who want to share their home/apartment with them. We arrange a lease at a nominal price for a period of three months, with the possibility of extending it to a maximum of 12 months. In this way, we provide refugees with a roof over their heads, while opening the way to integration, getting to know each other and breaking stereotypes. We believe that sharing a space opens many doors. We provide full support to those sharing a room, and to new tenants and lodgers, so that living together is a comfortable experience.
