We’re enthusiastically observing the evolution of the HR in NGO discussions, an idea with the genuine potential to impact the non-profit sector’s workforce development strategies.
The idea originated from conversations between Małgorzata Kubik and Edyta Kamińska of Ocalenie Foundation and quickly gained momentum. We’ve just held another meeting in the series, hosted by UNICEF Poland, with representatives from various non-governmental organizations – including Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę (Empowering Children Foundation), Cyfrowy Dialog, Fundacja DKMS, Doctors Without Borders, Association of Little Brothers of the Poor, Itaka, Amnesty International Poland, and Alivia Oncology Foundation.
Our initial discussions revealed how many crucial issues we jointly recognize as important, such as recruitment processes, onboarding, changes in labor law, and ensuring the well-being of our employees. We aim to collaboratively implement bold solutions that genuinely improve the lives of those we employ and support the organizations’ missions.
